A place for nurses to breathe, reflect, and come home to themselves

Zen in Scrubs
Your “Why” Never Left — It Just Needs Rest.
Each of us has found a love for caring for others.
But to care deeply is to meet pain, again and again — the pain of others, and often the quiet ache of burying our own. Like a candle left burning too long, we give until there’s little left of it to keep it alive.
My name is Flow, and I’m the founder of Zen in Scrubs — a space born from the love I have for nursing and for the community that gives so much.
Within Zen in Scrubs, you will find meditations for those who give so much to the world, reflections on life, love, and peace, advocacy for safer care, and sometimes just a quiet place to remember yourself.
Whether you've come seeking rest, a gentle voice to guide you, or simply a place to be for a while…
This space is welcome to all — a space to hold yourself with the same tenderness you offer your patients.
To touch your own exhaustion with gentleness, to remember that you are worthy of the same care that you give.
Because your light — your why — needs tending too.
Zen in Scrubs is a small flame from mine to yours.
With peace and light,
Flow
